Kim Greene Hughes, Esq. is the Founder and Manager of K.G. Hughes & Associates, LLC. She has combined legal experience in Corporate/Business, Real Estate (Commercial and Residential), Entertainment, and other related fields during which she has advised and represented clients for over 20 years. In addition, her work experience includes being an associate, managing attorney, and partner with prior law firms before she ventured on her own to establish her Firm, over 10 years ago, with a desire to offer a high level of professional expertise, impeccable service, integrity to clients, and a strong commitment to community. Kim maintains these attributes to be an integral part of the Firm’s vision to date.
As a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Kim is affiliated with the Business, Entertainment, and Real Property Law sections. She is further affiliated with both professional and civic organizations and, also, holds the status of a state registered mediator for General Civil and Business/Corporate matters. Kim also offers specialized mediation for families with businesses, business owners, and high wealth individuals with complex business portfolios. She continues to devote time and energy to training start-up entrepreneurs and entertainers through workshops created to bring knowledge, inspiration and practical application of business fundamentals through the lessons of her own personal journey.
Kim received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Juris Doctorate from The American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C.
